The principle objective is to monitor the location fo the post-COSTAR
F/96 aperture with respect to the V2V3 coordinate frame throughout Cycle
6. The orientation of the detector and the reseaux axes with respect to
the V2V3 axes will be used to update the PDB in the event that a
significant shift in the aperture is detected.
