We propose to use a powerful new geometric method for the determination of galaxy distances, by obtaining high spatial resolution imaging polarization of candidate supernova light echoes. The techniques requires no secondary distance indicators, can work to distances well in excess of the distance of the Virgo cluster, and may be tied to traditional methods through galaxies hosting `standard candle' supernovae and galaxies with Cepheid distances. The measurements could enable an unambiguous resolution of the current bi-modal determination of H_0.
