On basis of OGLE-II lightcurves and 2MASS near-infrared data we studied a large sample of Mira variables in the Bulge of our Galaxy. The sample covers a wide range of latitudes (1.2^o < |b| < 6^o) and longitudes (349^o < l < 11^o). On basis of the variability period distributions we conclude that the Miras in the Bulge are of intermediate age (1-3~Gyr). Close to the Galactic Centre a younger population, less than 1~Gyr, exists.
