The Wide-Field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) will map the entire sky simultaneously at four wavelengths (3.3, 4.7, 12, and 23 microns). One of the primary science goals of WISE is to find brown dwarfs with effective temperatures down to a few hundred K in the solar neighborhood and help bridge the temperature gap between the coolest known brown dwarfs and Jupiter. WISE will also provide infrared colors for most of the known L and T dwarfs in the two shortest wavelength channels. In this poster, we discuss the benefits of studying the WISE colors of known L and T dwarfs, particularly with respect to brown dwarf physics and WISE quality assurance analysis.
