The 0^circ cross sections of (p,n) and (^3He,t) charge-exchange reactions at E>= 100 MeV/A show empirically a good proportionality with the known B(GT) values. Recently (^3He,t) reactions were measured for various target nuclei using the high-resolution magnetic spectrometer ``Grand Raiden'' at RCNP, demonstrating advantages of using these reactions for studying the nuclear structure and for application to the neutrino physics. Feasibility of coincidence experiments between (^3He,t) triton events and decay-particles from a residual nucleus is one of the special features using a magnetic spectrometer, in addition to its high-resolving power. In the present talk, I discuss recent progresses of the (^3He,t) and (^3He,tp) measurements from the view points of nuclear responses for double β-decay studies and detections of solar and supernova neutrinos.
