Poincare's small-parameter method is used to find periodic solutions of the third kind for the motions of a passively gravitating material point in the gravitational field of a 'triaxial' rotating solid body, with allowance for the perturbations in the motion of the material point caused by a sufficiently remote third body. The system of the moon, the earth, and an artificial satellite of the moon is taken as an example. The existence of periodic solutions of the third kind in this problem is demonstrated, with particular application to the relationship of such orbital elements as the semimajor axis, the eccentricity, and the inclination.
