Using two techniques (the polarization method and the Baranger-Mozer
method) a study has been made of plasma turbulence in solar emission
features. The study suggests the conclusion that the 0.02-0.03 plasma
turbulence level (E = 1-2 kV/cm seems to be the highest achieved in
flares.
