This is a monitor proposal to regularly update the WFPC standard data base of darks, biases, and preflashes. It also monitors flat stability in three major filters: F439W, F555W, and F785LP, using internal flats and checks for the onset of QEH using F439W. Finally it takes KSPOTS in both cameras, which provides a measure of mechanical stability on orbit. The proposal uses only internal targets and is intended to run on a non-interference basis. It should be run every four weeks.
