This proposal defines the Phase III HRS/FGS Fine Alignment Test. The goals of this test are: (1) to determine the coordinates of the LSA and SSA in V2/V3 coordinates with an accuracy of 0.02 arcsec, (2) to locate the SSA in V2/V3 coordinates, and (3) to refine the measurement of the plate scale and aperture orientation. Updated 8/24/89 by PStanley to remove parallel WFC boresight image due to unavailability of high and low rate SIs in parallel during SV. Also moved REPEAT from line 3 to line 8. Revised Nov. 1990 after execution of OV Fine Alignment test, prop 1397.
