These calibration tests acquire data in a moderately crowded star field
in order to isolate and characterize the point spread function of the
telescope and WF/PC. These exposures must be done when OTA is at best
focus. This test replaces previous tests NON-OVERLAPPING PSF (1486) and
PSF DITHER TEST (1487).
