This test defines the standard high voltage turn on procedure for the HRS. Discriminator thresholds are verified, a short dark count is run, high voltage is turned on, a full dark count is performed, a focus test is run, and a photocathode test is executed. This test should be used to turn on high voltage in OV and SV. It is suggested that some form of this test become the standard for turning on high voltage for long term operations. Results of the focus test and the photocathode test will be used to update the final high voltage value, the tweak current, and the deflection mapping function coefficients.
