A program of photographic meteor observations and their reduction system using the middle focus lenses of the 85 - 135 mm class, newly developed in the Tokyo Meteor Network (TMN), is introduced. Under such program, a total of 46 double-station meteors has been obtained so far. Standard deviations of position and velocity determination of the meteors are in order of ≡10″and ≡2%, respectively.
