LAST evening, September 3, at 10.40, a lunar rainbow was visible at
Llanfairfechan, in a north-west direction. The arc was continuous, and
of a brilliant white light. It appeared to stretch across Anglesey from
Beaumaris to Puffin Island. The bow did not last more than 2' from the
time it was first observed by us.
