The scattering and transformation of natural waves of a magnetoactive
plasma on a heavy charged particle lying at a plane plasma—vacuum
boundary is considered. The angular distribution and cross section for
scattering (transformation) of high-frequency ordinary and extraordinary
waves are investigated.
