The variations of the effective temperature derived from the slope of spectra in the Balmer continuum and the size of the Balmer jump for the Ap star 41 Tau has been analyzed. The temperature varies by about 600 K with phase and coincides with the b-y color index variations. Variability of the Balmer jump is equal to 0.03 dex. The variations of the Balmer jump is in excellent agreement with the u-b color index variations.
