Observations of fine structure in meter-wavelength solar radio bursts are reviewed. Transient intensity fluctuations in noise storms are examined along with the spectrum and polarization of type I bursts. Several kinds of fine structure observed in type III bursts are described, including type IIIb bursts, U bursts, polarizations, harmonics, Y bursts, zebra patterns, and spikes. Harmonics in type V bursts are also discussed together with 'patchy' structures in type II bursts, spikes on a type II burst background, and rapid bursts observed in absorption. Fine-structure elements investigated for type IV bursts include fiber structures, 'tadpoles', spikes, absorption features, groups of spikes, pulsations, and zebra patterns. Mechanisms for producing the various kinds of fine structure are considered.
