The chemical and physical evolution of AGB is not well known, especially for O-rich objects. We propose to perform a complete 3 millimeter line survey using the MOPS spectrometer toward three O-rich sources: NML Tau (AGB star), OH 231.8+4.2 (proto-planetary nebula) and NGC 6302 (planetary nebula). The goal is to gather the most complete information on the molecular content for each of these stages. The physical parameters of the different gas regions can be established by studying the large number of expected detected lines. A complete census of the millimeter lines is mandatory to analyze and understand the whole chemistry puzzle, having access to all the parents and product species.
