We present quantitative measurements of organic molecules in fragment "B" of comet 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3 (SW3) observed by the 8-m Subaru telescope with IRCS (InfraRed Camera and Spectrograph). Comet SW3 is a Jupiter-family comet that split into probably three fragments in 1995 and into many fragments later. Especially, fragment "B" showed frequent outbursts associated with fragmentation in 2006. We observed fragment "B" of SW3 during its outburst on May 9 - 10 UT. High-resolution (R 10000) spectroscopic observations were carried out. Many emission lines of organic molecules such HCN and C2H6, along with H2O and OH were recognized in the spectra.
Based on our results, fragment "B" of SW3 was depleted in C2H6 and C2H2 with respect to most comets from the Oort-cloud reservoir, suggesting its formation region might have differed from that of the dominant ("organics-normal" Oort-cloud comets. Furthermore, the chemical composition of fragment "B" of SW3 was similar to that of fragment "C" of SW3. This fact suggests that the parent body of SW3 (pre-split nucleus) was almost homogeneous in volatile composition.
