We present a spatial and velocity structure of molecular envelope surrounding a young stellar object IRAS 00338+6312 which is an exciting source for a bipolar molecular outflow and the H2O maser. Observations of H13CO+ (J=1-0) and C18O (J=1-0) show an elongated structure perpendicular to the molecular outflow axis. The size of the H13CO+ envelope is 0.30x0.21pc. The inner envelope of the H13CO+ gas has a velocity gradient along its major axis which is consistent with the velocity structure on 10 AU scale disk obtained by the H2O maser, indicating a rotation of a disk-like envelope with a velocity of 0.44 km s-1 at a radius of 7800 AU. In addition, the H13CO+ disk has a velocity gradient along its minor axis, which can be explain in terms of dynamical infalling motion in the disk plane. The infall velocity is 0.84 km s-1 at a radius of 4700 AU, which gives a central mass of 2 Modot. We estimate the mass accretion rate at 4700 AU in radius to be 5.6 x 10-5 Modot yr-1. This relatively high mass accretion rate onto the central star is responsible for observed bolometric luminosity of 1100 Lodot.
