The paper reviews the data analysis system for the scientific evaluation of the space-based astronomy data. The illustration of the space-based astronomy data flow is given. The principal characteristics of data records are summarized, in particular those related to the preparation of permanent scientific data records. The scientific data analysis system for the zodiacal light experiment of the solar probe Helios is presented in detail. All subsystems are illustrated via block-, or flow-diagram of the system software components.
