We study the properties of supernova hot stars and neutron stars using equations of state at finite temperature with arbitrary proton-to-neutron ratios derived from the relativistic mean field theory. The coupling strengths and masses of the relativistic mean field theory are fixed by the known nuclear properties and describe also unstable nuclei. We calculate also the star profiles with equations of state obtained by the relativistic Brueckner-Hartree-Fock theory, which reproduces the nuclear matter saturation property.
