Despite the lack of a physical mechanism for relating deep underground muons to specific astrophysical sources, the Soudan 2 detector continues to observe some evidence relating muons to the x-ray binary Cygnus X-3. As muon excess was observed on 20 and 23 January 1991 in coincidence with a giant radio flare. The total January, 1989 to August, 1992 data sample also has a small and not statistically significant flux excess from the Cygnus X-3 direction.
