The role of radioactive nuclear reactions in the inhomogeneous primordial nucleosynthesis models is discussed. The cosmic phase transition in quantum chromodynamics (QCD) as the source of forming an inhomogeneous baryon-number density distribution is reviewed. Several impacts of primordial nucleosynthesis on the dark matter problem and the Ω problem are briefly summarized.
