The RT-7.5 radio telescope built by the Moscow Higher Technical School (MVTU) is one of the world's largest instruments intended for operation in the short millimeter wavelength (1 to 4 mm) band. The main operational and design features of this full-rotation telescope are described, including structural details, reflector surface quality assurance measures, electrical characteristics, guidance systems, and reception electronics.
