The electron distribution function in the inner belt at L = 1.2 to 1.4 is calculated on the basis of Intercosmos-19 measurements of the energy spectra and the pitch-angle distribution of 0.3-2.0 MeV electrons. The coefficients of radial and pitch-angle diffusion are inferred from the equations for radial and pitch-angle diffusion. The pitch-angle diffusion coefficient is also determined from the experimental data using the approximation of the electron flux decay and the low-frequency power value. The relationship between the radial and pitch-angle diffusion on different L-shells is discussed.
