Detailed numerical tabulations are presented of 32 stellar evolutionary sequences extending from either the zero-age main-sequence or the zero-age horizontal branch, and through to the occurrence of thermal pulses on the asymptotic giant branch. The models span a range of 1-3 solar masses (except for one of 4-solar mass and one 5-solar mass model) and cover metallicities of Z = 0.02, 0.01, 0.006, 0.003, and 0.001, each with Y = 0.20 and 0.30. These models can be used for various stellar population studies, and as a comparison between rival calculations with different input physics.
