Optical and radio observations made near the flat-spectrum radio source OA 33 (5C3.50) have revealed a faint blue stellar object which shows evidence of variability of one magnitude in the 19m to 20m range. A Cuffey Iris Astrophotometer was used to determine magnitudes of both the object and comparison stars. Calibration curves are discussed for various photographic plates.
