The method of partial reflections detected increases of electron
temperature to 50% at heights of 67-71 km. The electron density
decreased under the effect of high-power radio waves (9 MW effective
pulse power) by 30-40% at 68-72 km, while it increased by several tens
of percent at 76-85 km.
