The paper examines the stationary modulation of galactic cosmic rays in a medium consisting of a spherical volume occupied by the solar wind and an outer region filled with static magnetic-field irregularities. It is assumed that this diffusive medium occupies an infinite volume and that the nonmodulated cosmic-ray spectrum is therefore given at infinity. It is shown that particles of all energies are present both inside the modulation region and outside this region. A power spectrum of charged particles is formed in the region of high energies.
