Merged data from the two IUE ground stations, grouped according to the NASA-ESA-SERC classification scheme are presented. Distribution by camera and dispersion of all the spectra (26,228) recorded by the standard IUE cameras as well as a distribution where only different objects are considered in each box (a total of 15,829 nonredundant observations) are given. Of 672 stars, only 148 were observed in two spectral ranges, while for 364 stars, no spectrum was previously available. A list of standard UV stars is published, together with their IUE observational status e.g., observed at high or low dispersion.
