A search for double production of fourth generation b'-quarks was performed using data taken by the DELPHI detector at LEP-II. The analysed data were collected at a centre-of-mass energy ranging from 200 to 209 GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of about 344 pb-1. No evidence for a signal was found. Preliminary upper limits on σ {_{_e } _ + {_e {^ - } { -> } ;{b' bar b'} } } × ;(BR{b' -> bZ} )2 and σ {_{_e } _ + {_e {^ - } { -> } ;{b' bar b'} } } × ;(BR{b' -> cW} )2 were obtained at 95% confidence level for b' masses around 100 GeV/c2.
