This paper presents the result of the Transition Theory about the transformation of energy of matter and its fields (organized matter-energy) to energy of space (non-organized energy). Specifically, this endless transformation occurs due to the fact of "representation" of matter-energy into a space with more dimensions and with bigger speed of light. In other words this transformation results from the fact that the endless dimensional space "absorbs" the matter-energy. This transformation is the energy loss mechanism that causes the light from intergalactic matter to redshift. Moreover explains the existence of the dark-matter and the increasing entropy in the Universe.
