Proper Motions: Sky Surveys

About 95% of required onefold coverage plates of the northern hemisphere of the sky according to the FON project have been obtained at Goloseevo Observatory. Using PARSEC automatic measuring machine more than 250 plates have been measured now. Proper motions of about 400000 stars in different areas of the declination zone from +4° to +30° have been estimated. Accuracy of the results is discussed.
