Neutron Stars: Physics, Cosmology: Inflationary Universe

The recent progress of two subjects in astrophysics of interest to applied physicists is reviewed: (1) The physics of neutron stars and supernova explosions as the formation mechanisms of neutron stars, and (2) quantum theories on the creation of the Universe and the inflationary Universe model, which were proposed on the basis of unified theories of interactions.
