The abundances of clusters in hot dense matter can become strongly influenced by in-medium effects such as Pauli quenching and Coulomb correlations. Model calculations are performed at the parameter values temperature kBT = 5 MeV, baryon density ϱ = 0.016 fm-3. The medium effect on element abundances may be of interest not only in heavy ion collisions but also in primordial nucleosynthesis.
