Spectroscopic observations of 21 objects from the Catalog of Galactic Planetary Nebulae (Perek and Kohoutek, 1967; Kohoutek, 1978 and 1982), obtained at 420-750 nm and mean dispersion 120 A/mm using a Boller and Chivens spectrograph at the Cassegrain focus of the 182-cm reflector of Asiago Astrophysical Observatory, are reported. The data are presented in tables and graphs and briefly characterized. It is suggested that K 3-59, K 4-45, and K 4-46 may not be PN.
