Exact solutions of the general relativistic field equations of Einstein and Maxwell have been found for a general static distribution of massive charged particles. As in the Newtonian case, the particles must have unit charge to mass ratioe 2/m 2=1. The active gravitational mass of the system of particles is precisely the sum of individual masses of the constituent particles.
