I report on the status of the Axion Dark-Matter Experiment (ADMX), the
microwave-cavity-based axion search underway at Lawrence Livermore
National Laboratory. The ADMX collaboration includes LLNL, the
University of Florida, and M.I.T., and has been in operation since
February, 1996.
