The second formula of equation (7) in the above-mentioned Letter
contains a typographical error; the correct formula is as
follows:H0d=(1+z)0z[(1+x)2(1+ΩMx)-x(2+x)ΩΛ]-1/2dx.
The numerical results and the figures shown in the Letter remain the
same because we have used the correct equation in the actual simulation.
