An equation describing the turbulent dynamo for mean magnetic fields in the presence of large-scale velocity is derived. Kazantsev's (1967) diagram technique is extended to the case of large-scale velocity; and boundary conditions of large-scale electrodynamics are obtained which generalize earlier results to the case of spiral turbulence and large-scale flows. Some astrophysical applications of the proposed theory are discussed.
