Scientific paper

This paper describes intensities, energy spectra, and anisotropies of ions 0.04-17.6 MeV measured at Voyager 1 in the solar wind and heliosheath, compares 3-17 MeV precursor proton angular distributions measured in the termination shock foreshock at Voyager 2 during 2005-06 with those measured at V1 during the latter half of 2002, and provides an update on estimates of the radial component of plasma flow speed in the heliosheath.
