This proposal will be used to test NICMOS FSW version 4.0C. It consists
of two identical visits, one of which will execute before FSW 4.0C is
installed {as a baseline}, and the other after installation. The purpose
of the test is to verify that the fix for the single bit error works
properly, and to exercise the TPG Reset recovery stored commanding.
