We present mid-infrared (4-20microns) maps of a dozen early-type galaxies, based on observations by the CAM and PHOT instruments of the Infrared Space Observatory (ISO). All the galaxies were detected, and most are obviously extended. We compare these mid-IR observations with IRAS and optical data, in particular comparing the sizes of the stellar and the small dust grain distributions.
