Using narrowband filters, two emission features of OH masers were observed in four M-type stars with the VLA. Low- and high-velocity emission features in the 1612-MHz OH transition of IRC+10011 and OH 26.50+0.6 were found to coincide to better than 0.5 arcsec and extend over approximately 2 arcsec. Centroids of emission from different OH transitions came from the same position in W Hya, but may have been slightly separated in VY CMa. Results support models in which OH maser emission originates in the expanding circumstellar envelopes of late-type stars for the stars observed, maser amplification occurs at distances of 0.6 x 10 to the 16th cm at 1665 and 1667 MHz, and from 2 x 10 to the 16th to 12 x 10 to the 16th cm at 1612 MHz. In addition, a comparison of the results for VY CMa with observations of longer baselines suggests a significant number of low surface brightness components not yet mapped.
