The biconical reflection nebula LkH-alpha 208 was observed in the 2.6-mm CO line during the lunar occultation of April 19, 1980. The object is situated near a dark cloud which has an abrupt edge along the line of sight to the reflection nebula and tapers off gradually on the opposite side. The data show possible local heating of the cloud edge by LkH-alpha 208 with an enhancement of 16 K above the ambient cloud temperature of 11 K. No definite evidence is seen for a compact source in LkH-alpha 208.
