(1) The Catalogue of Precise Satellite Positions, by K. Lassovszky, the first listing of precise satellite positions determined by the SAO Photoreduction section from films taken at the 12 Baker-Nunn tracking stations between April 1958 and October 1959; the report includes a description of the method by which these positions were derived. (2) Preliminary Time Reduction for the Determination of Precise Satellite Positions, by E. Weston. (3) The Star Chart Project, by P. A. Pardue, a description of the program by which the Photoreduction section intends to transcribe the star numbers from the Yale Catalog and the Zweiter Katalog der Astronomischen Gesellschaft (AGK 2) to the Bonner and Cordoba Durchmusterung star charts. (4) Explanation of Codes Used in Catalogue, by E. P. Bullis. (5) Shutter Correction in Time for Baker-Nunn Camera, by P. E. Zadunaisky, a description of the means to compute the time required to rotate the shutter from the position where it intercepted the image of the satellite to the position it had when the clock was photographed. (6) First Catalogue of Precise Positions of Satellites, including observations of 1958 Alpha (Explorer 1), 1958 β1 (Vanguard 1 Rocket), 1958 β2 (Vanguard 1), 1958 δ1 (Sputnik 3 Rocket), 1958 δ2 (Sputnik 3), 1958 Zeta (Atlas), 1959 α1 (Vanguard 2), and 1959 Eta (Vanguard 3).
