Two solar microwave and hard X-ray bursts observed simultaneously by Owens-Valley Solar Arrays (OVSA) and YOHKOH/HXT are studied in this paper. The low cutoff energy of non-thermal electrons are estimated with two independent methods. At first, the ratio of the radio flux at two frequencies or the ratio of the count at two energy channels are compared with the theoretical calculations, in which the low cutoff energy is considered to be a fitting parameter. The time evolution of the low cutoff energy is also studied with the fitting program. Secondly, the analysis of the cross point of the power law distributions at different time in both of solar microwave and associated hard X-ray bursts are used to estimate the low or high energy cutoff of non-thermal electrons responsible for these bursts. The energy correspondent to the cross points is basically comparable with the fitting results, which support that the microwave and hard X-ray bursts may be originated from the same population of non-thermal electrons, which may be helpful for understanding the particle acceleration processes of solar flares.
