Inspection of CCD spectra (range 440-780 nm), obtained on Oct 30 UT with the 2.4-m Hiltner telescope (+ MKIII) at MDM Observatory, shows that the possible supernova in PCG066672 (ATel #2973) is a type-Ia event almost three weeks past maximum light. Comparison with a library of supernova spectra using the "SuperNova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) provides a good match with the normal type-Ia SN 2002bo 19 days past maximum.
