New photoelectric observations of the interacting binary HD 207739 = V
1914 Cyg are presented. An orbital period of 141.25 d is determined. The
light and color curves and their phase relation to the radial velocity
changes are in agreement with the accretion disk model of this eclipsing
binary star suggested by Parsons et al. (1988).
