A description is given of the emission and absorption-line spectra of seven bright high-redshift (z greater than 2.5) QSOs from the Tololo Curtis Schmidt survey; the spectra were obtained at a resolution of about 5 A, generally in wavelength regions covering the Ly-alpha and C IV emission lines. Attention is drawn to two apparently broad-lined, high-ionization absorption systems in one object, Q0324-407, at redshifts significantly different from that of the QSO itself; several sharp-lined absorption systems are also detected in this object. No new cases of C IV absorption occurring in Si IV emission are found.
